Refund & Cancellation Policy
License, payment and cancellation terms for Instita OS.
1. Cancellations
Annual licenses may be cancelled at the end of the current term via written notice to support@instita.in. Licenses are not pro-rated for mid-term cancellation except where required by law.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered within 14 days of first activation if the platform materially fails to perform as demonstrated and the issue cannot be resolved. Add-on usage-based credits are non-refundable once consumed.
3. Failed or Duplicate Payments
Payments debited in error or charged twice are refunded in full once verified by our payment gateway records — typically within 5–7 business days to the original method.
4. Auto-Renewal
Licenses do not auto-charge without an active renewal order. Renewal reminders are issued before expiry.
5. How to Request
Email support@instita.in with your institution code, order or receipt number, and the reason for the request.
