Billing Cycles & Tax Policy
Commercial plans (Basic, Professional, Enterprise) are billed on an annual or quarterly schedule. All quotes exclude statutory GST (18%). Custom student quotas, multi-year lock-ins, and assisted migration are available upon request.

What happens if student enrollment exceeds our plan limit?
You will receive proactive capacity alerts when your active student count reaches 90% of your plan limit. You can seamlessly upgrade to the next tier at any time without disruption to your daily operations.
Can we upgrade or downgrade our subscription mid-session?
Yes. Plan upgrades and student quota expansions can be requested at any time and take effect immediately, with prorated billing applied to the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect upon the renewal of your billing cycle.
Can we export all of our institution data if we leave?
Yes, absolutely. You retain 100% legal ownership of your institution and student data. Complete data exports (students, guardian profiles, fee registers, attendance logs, and exam marks) are available in standard CSV and Excel formats anytime directly from your console.
Is the Starter plan genuinely free forever?
Yes. Single campuses with up to 100 active students and 5 staff accounts can use our core operational modules (Academics, Attendance, Fee Receipts, and Examinations) for free forever without entering credit card information.
What support channels and SLA response times are included?
All plans include access to our documentation and support desk. Basic tier tickets receive standard email responses within 1 business day. Professional and Enterprise plans include dedicated telephone assistance and instant WhatsApp support during operating hours. (Specific SLA guarantees are agreed during contract onboarding).
