1. Data We Process

Institution-provided records: students, guardians, staff, fees, attendance, examinations, certificates and operational documents.

Platform telemetry: authentication events, audit logs, error diagnostics and usage signals needed to run and secure the service.

2. How We Use It

Solely to operate, maintain and improve the service for your institution — attendance marking, fee ledgers, certificates, communications and reporting.

We do not sell, rent or advertise against institutional, student or guardian data.

3. Tenant Isolation

Every institution’s data is held in a dedicated, access-controlled boundary. No tenant can read another tenant’s records, enforced at the database layer.

4. Retention & Deletion

Institutional records are retained for the life of the subscription plus a defined post-termination window for export. Legal/financial evidence is retained where Indian law requires.

5. Security Safeguards

Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logging of sensitive operations, and administrative access limited to authorized platform staff under policy.

6. Your Rights & Contact
