Our founding story
Instita OS grew out of a simple observation: schools and colleges run on fragmented tools — a spreadsheet for fees, a register for attendance, a WhatsApp group for communication — and the seams between them are where things break, money leaks, and records go missing.
The goal was never to build another checklist of features. It was to build one connected operating system where an enquiry becomes an admission, becomes a student, becomes a fee receipt, becomes a certificate — with the same record flowing all the way through.
