What cookies Instita OS uses and why — short version: essentials only, no ad trackers.
What we use
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in to the console, remember your selected institution, and keep sessions secure. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Session cookies
Authentication cookies are set by Supabase Auth and are required for the application to work. They are httpOnly, secure and short-lived.
Preference storage
The application stores limited interface preferences (such as the institution you are working in) in your browser so screens load the way you left them.
Analytics
We do not load third-party analytics trackers on authenticated application pages. If we introduce product analytics in future, this policy will be updated first.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in and the console will not function.
